There were also invited experts from Belgium and United States of America who have been providing capacity building support for the data and information management components of the project (List of Participants in Annex I). The participants reviewed the implementation status of the project and adopted the work plan and budget for the year 2002. The Director of Kenya’s National Environment Secretariat, Dr. B.
