Validation of the Dutch version of the Edmonton Symptom Assessment System
ABSTRACT Background The Utrecht Symptom Diary (USD) is a Dutch and adapted version of the Edmonton Symptom Assessment System, a patient‐reported outcome measurement (PROM) tool to asses and monitor symptoms in cancer patients.
