This paper addresses the perception of the adherents of the Seventh-day Adventist Church (SDA) about its inclusion in companies in Naviraí-MS. The objective was to study, in the perception of the members of the SDA, whether they suffer or have already suffered any difficulty in the labor market in the city of Naviraí-MS.
