Change in Dynamic Hyperinflation After Bronchoscopic Lung Volume Reduction in Patients with Emphysema

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE: In patients with severe emphysema, dynamic hyperinflation is superimposed on top of already existing static hyperinflation. Static hyperinflation reduces significantly after bronchoscopic lung volume reduction (BLVR).
