Collecting Ships from Holland and Zeeland: A Caxton Letter Discovered

The copy of a letter preserved at Hoorn (North Holland), relating to an official tour of Holland Zeeland by William Caxton to impress ships for ferrying Edward IV's troops across to France (1475), proves to be the only record so far discovered of a letter written by him. The article follows him on this tour and analyzes the context of the letter.
