Enhancing Health Through the Bodystyling Method : an Opinion of Female Residents of Leuven in Belgium

The aim of this paper is to present and promote pro-health benefits offered by the Bodystyling method, highlighting opinions of female residents of Leuven in Belgium. In order to characterise the method of Bodystyling, the following research methods were used: document analysis, analysis of material from web pages concerning the subject matter, interviews, and observation.
